GEARLOG 500 is a synthetic oil containing white solid lubricants and developed for open gears. GEARLOG 500 has the advantages of solid lubricants and very viscous oils. Its high viscosity at all temperatures boosted by specific additives and solid fillers gives it remarkable anti-wear and extreme pressure performances with a functional lubricant film from 0°C to +140°C. GEARLOG 500 contains a flame retardant reducing the risks of fires.

GEARLOG 500 is free from bitumen, chlorine, heavy metals and solvent.

GEARLOG 500 meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E2, Annex D.
