GRAFOLOG H 2200 is an extreme pressure, high load application grease with a high content of ultrafine and natural graphite highly purified. Its special additives and aluminium complex soap give to GRAFOLOG H 2200 a remarkable resistance to scuffing of the metallic surface in contact even with high temperature, high load and low speed conditions.
GRAFOLOG H 00 R is a grease that has been specifically formulated to provoke physical wear through a chemical reaction which is necessary for the lapping in of metallic parts in contact. GRAFOLOG H 00 R creates a controlled wear in the zones that are under higher load. These high load areas which create more pressure and temperature, sets off the lapping reaction until the surfaces are equalized.
GEARLOG 500 is indicated for the lubrication of high power open gears and particularly for high open gears of rotary kilns. GEARLOG 500 is mainly used in raw material industries (cement, mining and chemical). Direction for use: GEARLOG 500 can be applied by immersion bath, direct or paddle wheel, circulation or spray. It is recommended to heat the distribution systems for temperatures below 5°C.
