GRAFOLOG H 1 SPRAY is ready to use and is primarily designed to prepare the bare steel surfaces of the teeth flanks on high powered gear drives, as to form a support to accept the procedure of a slow or fast lapping. It has also been proven in the lubrication of highly loaded cables which are submitted to harsh environmental conditions.
GRAFOLOG H 6000 is an extreme pressure, high load application grease with a high content of ultra fine and natural graphite highly purified. Its special additives and Aluminum complex soap give to GRAFOLOG H 6000 a remarkable resistance to scuffing of the metallic surface in contact even with high temperature, high load and low speed conditions. The special formulation of GRAFOLOG H 6000 guaranties protection of the equipments even in the most extreme environments with high humidity.
GEAR FLUID 300 is a new half synthetic oil developed for the lubrication of very high powered and low speed gear drive. Its high viscosity at all temperatures boosted with exclusive additives based on bismuth gives it an incredible extreme pressure performance with functional lubricant film from -5°C to+ 110°C. GEAR FLUID 300 is free from solvents, bitumen, chlorine, heavy metals or solid particles and is classified under ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02, Annex D2.
GEAR FLUID P is an adhesive oil free from bitumen and strongly additivated which gives it very good extreme pressure properties. Its efficiency is reinforced by its high viscosity at all temperatures and the film lubricant resistance from 0 to +120°C.
GEARLOG 1000 is indicated for the lubrication of high power open gears and particularly for high open gears of rotary kilns. GEARLOG 1000 is mainly used in raw material industries (cement, mining and chemical). Direction for use: GEARLOG 1000 can be applied by immersion bath, direct or paddle wheel, circulation or spray. It is recommended to heat the distribution systems for temperatures below 5°C.
