GEARLOG R is a synthetic lubricant that has been specially formulated to produce physical wear through a reaction which is necessary for the chemical lapping in of metallic surfaces in contact and containing white solid lubricants. GEARLOG R improves tooth flanks quality (controlled wear in the zones that are under higher load). These high loaded areas create the proper pressure and temperature conditions, setting off the lapping reaction until the roughness of surfaces is reduced. GEARLOG R is free from solvent, bitumen, chlorine and heavy metals.
