Heavy duty gear oil
heavy duty gear oil
Highly accelerated quenching oil intended for the processing of steels having a low hardening capacity: custom heat treatment, screws and bolts, small mechanical components, bearings.- Utilisation temperature: 30°C to 80°C can be used in all types of furnaces with separate or built-in tanks.- Suitable for steels with a martensite start (Ms) below 300 °C
No cobalt leaching Extended dressing cycle Good skin compatibility Very good antiwear and extreme pressure performances Very little odour due to its low aromatic compound content. Improvement to operators health due to almost no carcinogenic compounds such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons present in the oil. Excellent filterability. Suitable for microfiltration. Excellent compatibility with elastomers and paints
Next generation turbine oil specially designed to reduce varnish and deposit formation
Next generation turbine oil specially designed to reduce varnish and deposit formation
Extreme pressure, adhesive and biodegradable grease dedicated for the lubrication of open gears
New generation extreme-pressure grease. Recommanded for high loads, high temperatures, dry or wet parts of paper machine.
Mineral oil for highly stressed gearboxes such as the latest generation of Eurocopter helicopter gearboxes.
Internal protective mineral oil for piston engines.
Synthetic mould release fluid for the continuous casting of steel billets. Excellent oxidation resistance and leaves no residue during the casting process. It prevents direct contact between the steel and the internal walls of the mould, thereby permitting continuous flow and a uniform cooling of the steel. Enables increased productivity as regards the continuous casting systems of the steel by preventing inclusions of superficial oxides and avoiding formation of solid deposits liable to harm the quality of the steel ingot.
Good anti-wear performances. Good anti corrosion and antifoam (silicon-free) properties. Excellent compatibility with seals and paintings
