COPAL TRUCK FW is an organometallic soap-based grease (complex

aluminum), mineral oils of high viscosity, polymer and aditivation

specific in solid lubricants.

COPAL TRUCK FW is suitable for lubricating truck fifth wheel plates,

thus creating a lubricating film absorbing shocks and avoiding metal-to-metal contact.

Its resistance to washing makes it possible to space the lubrication frequencies in a

ratio of 1 to 3. The application is carried out with a brush or brush after wiping

to remove dirt and abrasive dust (do not clean with solvents).

For new trays, make two applications close together.

COPAL TRUCK FW is also suitable for lubricating mechanical parts subjected to

heavy loads. Example: guides of cabins or elevators, bare gears

heavily loaded and slow, loaded sliding bearings, axles, crane masts ...
