LubAnac turbine standard is a diagnostic system for monitoring the evolution of the state of the turbine lubricant during use and as an assessment of the operating conditions of hydraulic, steam or gas turbines. It allows to reduce maintenance cost and downtime in production, to improve planning of maintenance operations and to optimise drain oil intervals.
LubAnac turbine standard checks if the lubricant is the best adapted to the operating conditions, determines the origin of possible pollutants, checks the antioxidant level to determine remaining protection levels and can be used in combination with other condition-based maintenance methods like vibration analysis, thermography etc..

LubAnac turbine standard is specifically tailored for turbine oil. It evaluates mechanical wear, lubricant degradation, and contamination through a comprehensive set of measurements:
• Wear Elements: Iron, Lead, Copper, Tin, Chromium, Aluminium, Nickel, Silver and bigger ferrous particles with FDM (Ferrous Debris Monitor)
• Contaminants: Silicon, Water.
• Lubricant Properties: Viscosity at 40°C, Acid Index, Anti-oxidant content (DBPC) by infrared analysis.
• Additives: Ca, Zn, P, Mo, Na, B.
The measured elements in combination with the advanced interpretation rules and comments from team of experts allow a personalized and comprehensive diagnostic report.
